provides operational support for Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and is part of the Technology Services team.
Operational support work involves assisting the offices of Alumni and Advancement
by applying Slate knowledge to maintain functionality, resolve processing
issues, provide Slate training, create Slate training materials, and answer
questions related to Slate from staff, student workers, and other constituents.

Build email campaigns targeting specific alumni and prospective donor
Assist in the planning and carrying out of alumni and advancement focused
messaging from concept to delivery to tracking and reporting.
Assist in the implementation of Slate and Ellucian processes and
procedures to assist alumni and advancement functions including document
workflow and processing and developing recurring and ad-hoc queries and
