SUMMARY/SCOPE:
We are hiring part-time, adjunct faculty members to teach courses in
Criminal Justice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teach a course in Criminal Justice.
Demonstrate effective teaching
strategies by planning and implementing a variety of teaching methods as well
as assessment.
Maintain accurate records and
documents, submit timely reports, and be responsive to students.
Records/documents include but are not limited to syllabi and grades.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A JD degree is required. Teaching experience is
preferred.

None are required for this position at this time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The
job is sedentary in nature. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of
time while performing office and computer operations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This position is a part-time/temp adjunct position (no more than 29 hours per week.
Must be a resident of the state of Texas.
